We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards.

How much will delivery cost?
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page.
Enjoy free delivery when you purchase $500 or more worth of items.
What other charges should I take note of?
There may be additional delivery charges to areas such as Sentosa or Jurong Island. Should delivery be to either of these locations, kindly let us know in the Order Notes section at checkout.
If installation is required, kindly indicate this at the checkout page, and we will arrange for the installer to bring along your product for installation. As such, there will not be delivery charges for these items.
Delivery related
How long will items take to arrive?
All items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
For self collection, we will update you on when your items will be ready for collection.
For delivery, we will contact you to schedule a date and time for your items to be delivered.
Can I order online and pick up from your store?
Yes, we will contact you when items are available for pick up. Depending on item availability, kindly give us 2 to 3 working days to prepare your order.
Will I be notified prior to delivery?
For bulk items, we will contact you to arrange the date and time for delivery. The delivery driver will contact you at least 1 hour before making the delivery.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my delivery?
If you are unable to receive the items at home, kindly inform us at least 2 days in advance so that we can reschedule the delivery.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an SMS for the delivery of small items. For bulk orders, the driver will contact you at least 1 hour in advance before making the delivery.
Installation
Should installation services be required, kindly indicate so at the Order Notes section on the checkout page. We will contact you to find out more about the services required and recommend third party installers to do the installation for you, along with quotations of their service fees. Should you prefer to liaise with the third party installers, we can arrange for them to contact you directly.
Living Boutique will not intervene nor be held liable for any cases of damage due to installation. After the installation is completed, kindly make payment directly to the installer.
Order Amendment Related
How do I change my order?
Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. Changing of orders applies on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, if the product has already been sent out for delivery, we will not be able to amend your order.
Returns, refunds, and cancellation of online orders
How do I cancel, refund, or return my order?
We do not accept requests for cancellation, refund, or return of goods; as such, kindly ensure that you choose the right product before making the purchase. In the event if you have any questions about any product, please feel free to reach out to us to answer your queries before making any purchase. Your time is valuable to us and we will be happy to assist you to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
What do I do if an item from my delivery is missing or defective?
We inspect all items before delivery. Please also check your items upon delivery to make sure that there are no defects. In the event that you find any item missing or defective upon delivery, kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist.
How do I exchange or return an item?
The return or exchange of goods will be done on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Kindly contact us directly should you like to exchange or return your item.
Before exchanging/returning your items, please make sure that all items are in their original packaging and have no visible signs of wear and tear or usage.
Warranty
The warranty period varies depending on the brand of the product, which will be stated at the product description page.
Viewing of products
Where can I experience/view your products before purchase?
You may contact us to schedule an appointment to view products at our warehouse. Please also let us know the product/s you wish to view prior to your visit, so that we can try to ensure its availability when you arrive.
